You can pay for the order through Escrow.com, as well as directly to our bank account. In any case we guarantee the return of your money if the purchased artworks are returned to us within 5 days from the date of the reception. You can receive the account details for payment by sending an e-mail to us or directly at the website during the checkout process when you confirm the details of the order and choose the method of payment.

If I order some of the artworks, can I have a discount?   Top
The question about the discounts is discussed each time individually with the artist - the owner of the given picture, but in most cases you'll be given a discount. The more artworks you order, the more essential discount will be.

What to do, if I don't like the received artworks?   Top

Are these pictures original ones or it's a copy of the already sold artworks?   Top
Sometimes it's very difficult to draw a line between a copy, repetition of the artwork and a new original artwork on the same theme, topic, with the same composition, if this work is done by the talented artist who put a part of his soul in it. It is a well-known fact, that even famous artists make the copies of their artworks, and these copies are still evaluated very high.
Our website contains only original artworks. All sold artworks are marked as "sold", however the artist can make a copy of the artwork upon your request.

How can I find out the prices for the artworks represented in your gallery?   Top
There are two possible ways to get the price for the artwork you are interested in.
The first method is to make an inquiry for a particular picture. For this purpose click on the link 'Request Price' near the painting you are interested in, fill in all required fields of the form in the pop-up window and then press 'Submit' button to send information to our server. The e-mail containing information about the price of the work will be automatically sent to your e-mail address.
The second method is to authorize at our website by creating and activating personal My Gallery account. For this purpose click on the link 'My Gallery', then on the link 'Register new My Gallery account'. Fill in all required fields of the registration form of a new My Gallery account, and then press 'Submit' button to send the data to our server. In a few seconds check up your mailbox and find a letter from us with the subject 'ART-VOLGA Gallery. Information on My Gallery Account', and click on the link contained in this e-mail to active your My Gallery account. After that, log in to your My Gallery account using the password and e-mail address provided during the registration and press 'Submit' button. That's all! Now you are authorized at our website and can see the prices for all pictures in the gallery.

What is orgalitis?   Top
Orgalitis is a firm thin composite material. It is the same as plywood / veneer.
Sometimes the canvas is stuck to it, sometimes not. This material has several advantages: it does not warp, doesn't change its form, does not sag and is more durable and better saves the colour layer. Such famous artists as Polenov, Levitan and many others used orgalitis in their works.

In this case the materials can be placed in the following order: orgalitis (~500 years), illustration board (~300), canvas (~100).
Disadvantages:
